Questionnaires (or data collection forms) for assessments are saved as templates at the auditBus level and can be used for that level and all levels below it. Templates are XML files that contain all chapters, questions, answers, interviewer instructions, scores, filter rules, and defined deviations for the action plan.
When creating a new audit at a location, the available templates for that level are displayed for selection:
Each audit is a copy of the template at the time of creation. By updating, subsequent changes to the master template can be applied, but this can also be (deliberately) omitted. Users cannot make changes to the audit template.
